There were plenty of customers in store and the drive through and the staff were only too happy to serve me at the counter as I refuse to use self-service as there is no discount, I dont work there and it keeps jobs for the locals. Tucker was delivered quickly. I wasn't expecting it. The order was accurate and tasted great.

Ok. Mc Donalds is not somewhere I would normally go, but 10 minutes before closing time last night I ventured in for road trip cheeseburgers for a friend, and oat milk chai lattes. I was very impressed with the 3 young staff that were on. Very impressed. Not only was there onions and pickles on the cheeseburger, which is a rarity now, but the staff were busy and doing a really great job of things. I cannot in good conscience give mc Donalds more than 1 star for their food, but those guys did a really stellar job.

Honestly, walked in expecting the usual lukewarm chips and a burger that looks like it lost a bar fight. But surprise, surprise — Wellington Macca’s came through! The chips? Hot. Like, actually hot. Not the “sat under the heat lamp since sunrise” kind. And someone clearly got a little generous with the salt — bless their over-seasoning heart, exactly how I like em' The double cheeseburger? Fresh, hot, and looked like it was made by someone who cared enough — which is the sweet spot for fast food. All in all, it was suspiciously good. Like, “am I being pranked?” good. If this is the standard now, I might have to raise my expectations. Weird
